世界华商中心大厦位于北京市朝阳区光华路CBD核心区Z14地块，建筑面积22万平方米，由两栋238米高的双子塔楼组成，其中一座将作为正大集团总部，一座将作为世界华商中心大厦，建成后将成为集甲级办公、品牌商业、高端酒店及服务配套设施于一体的超高层双子塔楼。该项目建成后将成为国内大的世界华商中心，11家华商企业总部将落户于此，该项目由包括正大集团在内的11家华商企业联合体投资兴建，又被称为赤子之心双子塔。
The World Chinese Business Center Building is located in the core area of Guanghua Road CBD, Chaoyang District, Beijing, on plot Z14. It has a construction area of 220000 square meters and consists of two 238-meter-high twin towers. One will serve as the headquarters of Zhengda Group and the other will serve as the World Chinese Business Center Building. After completion, it will become a super high-rise twin tower that integrates first-class office, brand commerce, high-end hotels, and service supporting facilities. After completion, this project will become the largest world Chinese business center in China, with 11 Chinese business enterprise headquarters located here. The project is invested and constructed by a consortium of 11 Chinese business enterprises, including Zhengda Group, and is also known as the Twin Towers of the Heart of the Child.
