莱锦文化创意产业园位于朝阳区八里庄东里1号，地处CBD东区门户，占地面积约5万平方米，建筑面积约12万平方米。园区位于北京东四环慈云寺桥以东700米，距中央电视台新址仅3公里，系国家文化产业创新实验区上的重点园区项目。该园区前身为北京第二棉纺织厂。2008年开始改造，2011年9月18日正式投入运营。改造后的园区从功能上分为三个部分：A区是文化创意产业交流中心和产品展示交易区，通过搭建政策信息服务平台、展示交易宣传平台和培训招聘服务平台等公共服务平台，配合文化创意企业进行交流和宣传。B区，是被保留下的特色建筑，记载着北京城市的发展痕迹。在保留原有建筑风格的基础上，其被改造成为创意服务中心。C区，由46栋300-5000平方米独栋花园式低密度工作室组成，是文化创意企业开展创意工作、进行“头脑风暴”、制作创意产品的理想之所。D区为庭院式办公小楼，优雅惬意，为企业提供便利，绿色，舒适的办公坏境。目前，园区吸引了蓝海电视、东方风行、宣亚集团等170家企业入驻，其中90%以上为文化创意企业（10%为产业配套企业），上市公司有5家，2-3年拟上市公司5-8家，园区企业年产值已超过100亿元，成为老旧工业厂房转型发展文化创意产业的示范性项目。
Laijin Cultural and Creative Industry Park is located at Balizhuang Dongli, Chaoyang District, at the entrance of CBD East District. It covers an area of approximately 50000 square meters and has a building area of approximately 120000 square meters. The park is located 700 meters east of Ciyun Temple Bridge on the East Fourth Ring Road in Beijing, only 3 kilometers away from the new site of CCTV. It is a key park project on the National Cultural Industry Innovation Experimental Zone. The park was formerly known as Beijing Second Cotton Textile Factory. The renovation began in 2008 and was officially put into operation on September 18, 2011. The renovated park is divided into three functional parts: Zone A is a cultural and creative industry exchange center and a product exhibition and trading area. By building public service platforms such as policy information service platforms, exhibition and trading promotion platforms, and training and recruitment service platforms, it cooperates with cultural and creative enterprises for communication and promotion. Zone B is a preserved characteristic excellent building that records the development traces of Beijing city. On the basis of retaining the original architectural style, it has been transformed into a creative service center. Zone C, consisting of 46 single family garden style low-density studios with an area of 300-5000 square meters, is an ideal place for cultural and creative enterprises to carry out creative work, engage in "brainstorming", and produce creative products. Zone D is a courtyard style office building, elegant and comfortable, providing a convenient, green, and comfortable office environment for enterprises. At present, the park has attracted 170 enterprises such as Blue Ocean TV, Dongfang Fengxing, and Xuanya Group to settle in, of which more than 90% are cultural and creative enterprises (10% are industrial supporting enterprises), 5 are listed companies, and 5-8 are planned to be listed in 2-3 years. The annual output value of the park's enterprises has exceeded 10 billion yuan, becoming a demonstration project for the transformation and development of cultural and creative industries in old industrial factories.
