中弘大厦位于东四环内CBD核心区域，项目是CBD商圈稀缺的高端商务办公平台、超5A级写字楼不可复制的商务地标。由国际设计公司SOM纽约本部团队操刀设计，中弘大厦是高效、合理规划、工程设计的，采用创新的外部结构系统以消除往往会阻碍办公布局和空间利用率的室内柱。室内设计延续建筑风格，整体设计现代、简约、大方。首层大堂两层通高，高度12.25m，空间挺拔、大气。建筑内设置多个空中大堂，高可达6层通高，穿行其中，空间变化带来趣味无穷。大堂、各层电梯厅均采用石材装饰，在体现品质感的同时、又不失办公空间的稳重感。局部金属材质的运用，使空间硬朗、更具层次感的同时又不失精致、活力感。中弘大厦景观设计提取建筑的直线型、折线形线条，运用完整形进行深化设计。四轴六核心”空间结构，分别为交通轴、城市轴、花园轴、生活轴，六核心为办公四面入口核心点，现状办公花园核心，生活体验功能核心花园。中弘大厦通过美国Leed绿色建筑金级认证通过leed认证可以引导设计提供健康舒适的工作环境、引导公众的关注与参与、注重公众教育、降低维护费用和投资风险、降低资源需求和环境影响、提高环境质量。
Zhonghong Building is located in the core area of the CBD within the East Fourth Ring Road. The project is a rare high-end business office platform in the CBD business district and an irreplaceable business landmark for over 5A level office buildings. Designed by the team of SOM New York headquarters, a top international design company, the Zhonghong Building is a model of efficient, rational planning, and engineering design. It adopts innovative external structural systems to eliminate indoor columns that often hinder office layout and space utilization. The interior design continues the architectural style, with a modern, minimalist, and elegant overall design. The first floor lobby has two floors with a height of 12.25m, and the space is straight and atmospheric. Multiple aerial lobbies are set up inside the building, with a maximum height of 6 floors. Walking through them, the spatial changes bring endless fun. The lobby and elevator lobbies on each floor are decorated with stone, reflecting a sense of quality while maintaining the stability of the office space. The use of local metal materials makes the space tough and more layered, while also maintaining a sense of refinement and vitality. The landscape design of Zhonghong Building extracts linear and polygonal lines from the building, and deepens the design using complete shapes. The spatial structure of "four axes and six cores" includes the transportation axis, urban axis, garden axis, and living axis. The six cores are the core points of the four entrances to the office, the core of the current office garden, and the core garden of the life experience function. The Zhonghong Building has passed the Leed Green Building Gold certification in the United States, which can guide design to provide a healthy and comfortable working environment, guide public attention and participation, focus on public education, reduce maintenance costs and investment risks, reduce resource demand and environmental impact, and improve environmental quality.
